Anna Leachman holds a Master’s degree in food science and technology from the University of California, Davis, and brings over 10 years of experience in sensory and consumer science, working with companies like Amy's Kitchen, Unilever, PepsiCo, and Mariani Packing Company. Her expertise lies in utilizing sensory science tools to monitor product quality and solve complex business challenges in product development and quality assurance.

Anna has developed sensory product quality monitoring systems, built predictive models, advised executives, supported ad claims, and addressed various product-related questions. She is excited to apply her skills and knowledge to the olive oil industry, ensuring the continued high quality of extra virgin olive oils.

Anna resides in Napa with her husband, Ben, and their two children, Zachariah and Theodore.
