Her expertise lies in utilizing sensory science tools to monitor product quality and solve complex business challenges in product development and quality assurance.
Anna has developed sensory product quality monitoring systems, built predictive models, advised executives, supported ad claims, and addressed various product-related questions. She is excited to apply her skills and knowledge to the olive oil industry, ensuring the continued high quality of extra virgin olive oils.
Anna resides in Napa with her husband, Ben, and their two children, Zachariah and Theodore.
